Job Description
As a Bridge Engineer you will be involved in the design of major civil Engineering structures, predominantly for contractor clients
+ Undertake the design of bridges and other civil Engineering structures.
+ Prepare feasibility, outline and detailed designs.
+ Undertake the structural analysis of a variety of structural forms.
+ Prepare design calculations and documentation.
+ Prepare sketches, liaise with CAD technicians and take responsibility for your drawings.
+ Undertake the inspection, assessment and strengthening of structures.
+ Assist in the planning and management of projects.
+ Prepare technical reports and documents.
Minimum Requirements
+ Ideally educated to Masters Degree level in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
+ Graduate member of a relevant professional body, on route to or nearing Chartership
Preferred Qualifications
0-2 years of experience.
