Role: civil & Structural Design Engineer
Experience: 0-2 Years
Qualification: BE/B Tech in civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
Optimized Design of foundations of various civil structures in Solar power plant.
Optimized Design of MMS / SKID structures in Solar power plant
Optimization/Standardization of design
Technical Due Diligence of designs documents & drawings from third party vendors.
Providing technical advisory services to clients.
Organize, draft, and coordinate technical documentation (Installation manuals, RFQs etc).
Supporting Business Development for technical recommendations for civil works.
Able to communicate effectively with all levels within the enterprise in a clear and professional manner.
Leadership skills including ability to coordinate the work of several staff members and identify, describe and implement more efficient processes and procedures.
Plans & organizes work, develops resource plans; sets goals and evaluates results; trains & develops others
