Building Mall Operations of HVAC and Electrical Equipments.
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance of all equipments related to electro - mechanical.
Operations and maintenance of firefighting equipment's,
Operations and maintenance of plumbing equipment's,
Preventive maintenance & breakdown maintenance of electro - mechanical equipment's, diagnosing faults, repairing equipment's.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
Supervising all technical staffs.
Maintaining statistical and financial records.
