Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities Key Deliverable / Major Activities: - Plan and implement OHS, relevant IATF policies and programs
- Advise and lead employees on various safety-related topics
- Establishing work place safety and health committees, systems & processes
- Review existing policies and procedures; identify & implement updated policies for the dept
- Conduct risk assessment on health & safety and enforce preventative measures
- Enforce preventative measures & help building a safety culture in the organization
- Identify process bottlenecks and offer team with a solution in regards with safety
- Conduct mock drills, trainings on a regular basis, ensure employee training & compliances
- Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc
