KRA: Liaise with Wipro teams & external learning/vendors partners in identifying and implementing various learning interventions within the organization.
Maintain consultative relationships with people in subject-matter expert and senior leadership roles and seek inputs on various learning initiatives in the organization.
Develop/ update & evaluate training materials and delivery methods for existing & new manager as well as leadership teams. This includes, but is not limited to instructional design, training manuals, handouts, and visual aids
Learn, explore and deploy a technology embedded learning strategy for teams across Wipro in manager and above roles.
Play an active role in conducting competency / skill gap analysis and designing development initiatives.
Support the High Performer management and succession planning initiatives of the organization through high impact learning interventions
Work with the Alight & Wipro talent development & talent transformation teams to deploy overall team training strategy and quality plan
Track and report the effectiveness of learning interventions.
Research and recommend third party training materials and programs to ensure the organization remains current with industry standards and trends

High level of facilitating skills
Exposure to MS Office Suite
Experience in instructional and curriculum design
Broad-based knowledge of training including web-based training, project management, and job certification testing
