Job Description

Our need, considering our scale, , geo, business diversity and digitally evolving consumer conversations is for an agile Data-driven Digital Marketer. We are seeking a data-driven digital marketing champion to build scalable, impact oriented 360 degree digitally powered marketing strategy. As a Digital marketing champion, you will work with senior stakeholders in the Sales & marketing functions to develop long-term vision, strategy and allied narratives for Digital-led brand awareness, engagement and business generation.

This is a key role for leading Digital marketing programs and expects love for data to be a core value to quickly adapt and adopt real time tactical changes in digital media and achieve the significantly high business impact.

The ideal candidate will need to possess a proven track-record of championing digital marketing programs in a rapidly growing and competitive geos like Europe and North America. You should have managed the 360 Digital strategy, deployment and execution of innovative Digital marketing interventions and run lead generation programs based on the data & insights you will have access to.

You should be able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of industry best practices and imminent trends to design creative ways of digitally engaging our prospects. You will also have to build credibility by delivering consistent results from Digital marketing programs and earn the trust of stakeholders on a broad range of communication asks along with increasing share-of-wallet for Digital.

As the Digital marketing Champion, you will have to work in close collaboration with the Sales & marketing function and find innovative avenues to inspire, inform and engage our growing business decision makers in the region.

Key Result Areas:

To scale Digital outreach for the Geo through data driven & all-round digital marketing programs

1. Data driven programs to deliver Business Results

a. Drive Lead generation programs to support reach and engagement goals

b. Measure and analyze digital channel efficiency and effectiveness via CTRs, CPA, CPC to optimally leverage the digital investments

c. Analyze and implement programs that engage the prospects online while measuring engagement rates and response rates

d. Conceptualizing the Digital content framework that can be leveraged on digital mediums especially Social media to increase engagement and response rates

e. Leverage new ideas like give-away campaigns, etc to generate real-time responses from the brands community

2. Campaigns at scale

a. Should have implemented large scale campaigns for leading brands with high impact results on viewership in terms of millions of impressions or 3-digit growth in followership or 3X growth in leads

b. Ability to use Eloqua/Marketo/HubSpot for end-to-end campaigns along with other digital channels viz SEM/PPC, Paid Social Media Ads viz Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram

c. Drive traffic to WNS digital properties i.e. website and campaign pages and the same time look at increase in PageViews, Time Spent on Page

d. Support all Sales campaigns with Digital data-led insights to provide air-cover for teams on ground

e. Support Digital arms of the various business specific 360 brand campaigns

3. Listening & Monitoring to hit the bulls-eye

a. Listening to competition messages and keeping an eye on their ads & tactics to smartly differentiate WNS and WNS offerings

b. Keeping an eye on data of how the brand or offering is mentioned on digital channels to make decisions on changes in messaging or investments on a channel to increase share of voice

c. Conduct online research and dip-sticks to understand brand or offering perception and leverage the same to make changes on investments or messages

4. Data Analysis to grow

a. Ability to work with platforms like Google Analytics, Lead Forensics, MRP to get real time intelligence and data to power 360 digital marketing campaigns

b. Ability to use MS PowerBI to showcase Digital user journeys and impact driven by Digital marketing programs
