Ambitious Graduate/Post Graduate with at least 10 years rich experience in handling sales of which at least the last 4 years in the Luxury/Premium Car 1

Supporting the company management in planning issues relevant to sales, in particular with regard to volume planning and profitability
Defining market goals for new and used vehicle sales, coordinating these with performance targets stipulated by MPC and drawing up a marketing plan
Developing concepts to increase turnover and profitability in sales and reaching agreement on these with the company management
Preparing planning and calculation of investments in equipment, installations and HR together with company management
Compiling resources planning for the new and used vehicle inventory and developing concepts and measures to optimize inventory management

Developing, agreeing on, communicating and ensuring correct implementation of guidelines for new and used vehicle pricing policy
Observing market price developments of competitors in the new and used vehicles business
Carrying out analyses of the competition/benchmarking
Ensuring analyses and evaluation of trends and market developments are carried out and the company is in the desired market position
Observing the regional automobile market
Observing development of the market share and, if necessary, initiating measures to correct this
Planning, carrying out and evaluating sales promotion measures (headquarter and own)
Examining and decision-making on current offers put forward by external service providers for marketing campaigns
Planning and managing/involvement in media advertising
Planning and managing/involvement in direct marketing
Planning and managing/involvement in events

Planning and managing/involvement in customer loyalty activities
Planning and managing/involvement in customer loyalty activities
Involvement in determining communication budget
Ensuring correct/involvement in seasonal design of showroom, taking Mercedes-Benz standards into consideration
Ensuring demonstration vehicles and display vehicles have fittings appropriate to the market/involvement therein
Ensuring correct presentation of Mercedes-Benz accessories
Ascertaining and utilizing possible means of presenting Mercedes-Benz products and Mercedes-Benz accessories by cooperation partners/involvement therein
Determining area covered and, if necessary, expanding it
Assigning customer groups and/or market areas to the respective Mercedes-Benz sales staff
Establishing and fostering contacts to decision-makers and spokespeople, as well as contacting and looking after VIP and major customers after reaching prior agreements with company management/with marketing staff.Desired Profile:

Ensuring the range of Mercedes-Benz additional services (leasing, financing, service contracts, etc.) are available
Ensuring a model mix conforming to the market is available and an appropriate turnover rate of new vehicles
Ensuring an appropriate number of demonstration vehicles are available

Permanently monitoring business administration ratios and supervising peculiarities and deviations from original plans on a department level
Monitoring budgets and defined profit goals and objectives for the retail area
Regularly evaluating business administration analysis of department performance
Determining full utilization of own market potential in new vehicle business
Developing concepts for correcting deviations from original plans and, if necessary, agreeing on these with the company management
Ensuring regular reporting for company management
Carrying out cost/benefit analyses o f marketing campaigns and events
Monitoring the development of incoming orders and deliveries to customers
Monitoring changes in employees following HR development measures and supporting/rewarding if these are positive
Developing measures for maintaining and increasing customer satisfaction
Organizing campaigns together with After-sales

Information Management
Ensuring the sales literature, product brochures as well as process documentation and the required software is up to date, complete and available
Ensuring information from the Principal are followed up, archived and made available.
Monitoring reports in the media on the Mercedes-Benz brand and on competitors product
Actively passing on relevant information to employees
Guaranteeing specialist press material is available to employees
