Head : Digital sales -Retail Bank Products
Citis consumer franchise is leading the digital transformation at Citi. Were looking to hire a driven individual whos keen to scale and acquire new customers for Citi across Retail banking vertical and drive digital growth. This individual will be responsible for managing key elements of performance marketing campaigns for the Retail Bank and developing innovative, end-to-end performance marketing strategies to meet Citis key business objectives. The primary responsibility of this role will be to lead the Digital sales strategy and program delivery across Wealth products, Salary account and Mortgages. He/ She will serve as a primary day-to-day contact with Management teams, internal cross-functional teams, as well as the Partner to drive new accounts and usage that will generate profitable sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and outline initial program strategy providing Technical expertise to cross-functional teams and external agencies in order to drive account acquisitions and drive profitable sales.
  • Maintain oversight of Paid Media campaigns and key deliverables of initiatives across teams.
  • Facilitate / lead strategic and tactical marketing discussions with Partners
  • Create and manage marketing budgets, including monthly forecast, and budget reconciliation.
  • Ensure all legal, compliance, and process activities are properly vetted and secured as part of program implementation.
  • Collaborate with Decision Management to monitor / analyze campaign performance effectiveness as well as portfolio analytics and trends to recommend future campaign / testing strategies.
  • Ensure program performance and recommendations are shared, and engage strategic discussions regarding new initiatives, securing buy-in.
  • Identify and leverage best practices in the industry and across portfolios
  • Leverage research and insights tools where appropriate to make smarter decisions.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications/ Experience/ Technical Skills:
  • 9-12 years of relevant work experience out of which last 5 years should be in Digital Acquisition
  • Expert knowledge in Digital paid media including PPC, Display, Affiliates and Social
  • Experience leveraging web traffic (Google Analytics, Adobe Site Catalyst, etc.) and personalization/testing platforms (Adobe Target, Optimize) tools
  • Hands-on experience optimizing funnels (leads, conversion, re targeting, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of martech/adtech stacks tools and capabilities necessary to work with big data across the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results that is timely, relevant and effective, and strong people and project management skills
  • Strong relationship building skills & experience of working in a matrix organization will be considered an advantage

Education:
  • Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred
