Our mission to be come a part of customers' everyday lives by creating fun, engaging, inspiring and rewarding experiences on the Amazon shopping app. We own experiences like games, gifting, giving, algorithmic program discovery and differential incentives that lead customers to choose amazon.

We're looking to add an experienced marketing leader to our team, to develop and launch our strategy for inspired shopping experiences when purchasing and sending gifts. In this role, you'll (1) develop and lead our marketing strategy for gift shopping and giving, (2) influence customers to choose amazon for their philanthropic contributions, and (3) be accountable for developing and achieving our business goals. This role could be a great stepping stone into general management and owning P&L.

Plan, own, and execute on customer marketing activities for Amazon Gifting IN
Partner with cross-category marketing, PR, Finance, Legal to implement consistent messaging and high ROI campaigns
Manage end-to-end engagement with multiple agencies in PR, social media, and influencers
Define and localise high-profile marketing campaigns, working closely with design teams. Build, launch and track.
Own campaigns marketing metrics (awareness, traffic, conversion) and design A/B tests
Measure the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns for reporting via weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews. Author reports to share with the broader organization
Lead customer research programs

Basic Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree in business or marketing or other relevant areas
Proven track record for leading end-to-end successful programs across multiple online marketing channels
Demonstrated ability to set marketing goals, prioritize channels and initiatives, organize the roadmap
Experience with brand marketing strategy, including acquisition, engagement, conversion, and promotions
6+ years relevant work experience in consumer marketing, and/or digital/high-technology consumer companies/products
Experience in analyzing and synthesizing large amounts of channel data, market trends and consumer segments, and drawing recommendations
Experience writing customer-facing content that is on-brand and relevant to the customer experience
Experience in managing projects across multiple teams and functions e.g. tech, legal, finance, design and merchandising
Experience managing agencies, or agency experience, in particular in social media, influencers, affiliates, PR areas
Outstanding writing, presentation and communication skills
Comfortable with quickly learning internal tools and processes for campaigns generation and monitoring
Preferred Qualifications :
Masters Degree
Experience leading successful integrated marketing plans and related budget
Experience leading successful offline marketing programs or events
Experience with Customer Lifecycle marketing e.g. CRM, and/or Engagement/Loyalty marketing program
Experience with iterative content testing including A/B testing, Weblab, and other statistical approaches
Advanced Excel and SQL
Working knowledge of HTML and Photoshop
Experience of working with tech teams on scaling marketing solutions
Experience coaching and mentoring more junior members of the team
