Amazon Global Selling is the next frontier for e-commerce and enables MSMEs to sell across the globe this program is e-commerce exports in action. Amazon Global Selling is a program where exporters from India register themselves as sellers across Amazons international marketplaces (such as in US, in UK, in Germany, etc.) and fulfil orders to customers across the world. Amazon Global Selling in India started from a few hundred exporters in 2015 and now enables 60,000+ Indian exporters in selling their products through across 15 international marketplaces.

We are looking for a seasoned, metrics and results-oriented marketing leader who can own and define end-to-end marketing strategy for Amazon Global Selling program with Sellers as customers. As the go-to person for marketing, you will be responsible for creating, deploying and measuring best-in-class marketing campaigns across awareness, lead generation, lead conversion and product marketing areas to unlock growth of sellers cross-border e-commerce business.

As a senior marketing leader you will
Develop the overarching marketing, branding and communication strategy for Amazon Global Selling India
Create and deploy comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth of Amazon Global Selling across India.
Oversee marketing initiatives across offline and digital channels with complete ownership and accountability.
Identify and implement process improvements and opportunities for innovation and simplification in marketing.
Act as a business owner, possessing a complete understanding of internal and external variables that impact our business.
Create content guidelines and resources, develop communication materials for events, own content development and track content metrics for improvement.
Collaborate with external trade partners and internal stakeholders to define seller awareness and engagement goals across marketing channels
Create opportunities for thought-leadership for Amazon Global Selling program
Leverage Data with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to establish best-in-industry marketing campaigns
This is a highly cross-functional role that requires close partnership across Sales, Account Management PR, Policy and Product Management team, and requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Basic Qualifications :
MBA in marketing in a top tier institute
10+ years of B2B marketing experience
5+ years of experience in digital marketing with SEO / SEM as focus areas
Experience leading across full range of marketing disciplines
Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves
Strong bias for data-driven decision-making
High threshold for working and thriving in an ambiguous, fast paced environment

Preferred Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in e-commerce or technology sector
Experience in managing print media and PR agencies
Experience developing content marketing programs aligned to target segments
Demonstrated ability to develop compelling thought leadership content and strong working knowledge of best practices in digital marketing and social media
Experience in managing marketing events (logistics, contracts, invites, set up)
Excel at cross-group collaboration, creative thinking, problem solving and have a bias for action
Exceptional communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with executive leadership
