Participating and collaborating with cross functional teams in the organization to understand the business requirements and to deliver solutions that can scale - Partner with Marketing and various analytics teams to understand business requirements, analyze performance and provide actionable insights Own production, development and maintenance of data cubes, reports, dashboards, and ongoing analyses to meet SLAs Continuously think on how to improvement the analytics infrastructure for the team and automate processes Coordinate with data engineers to ensure accuracy of data collection that will feed into the models Manage the continual updates of the Marketing mix models by including the latest data and trends Build new Marketing mix models which address new markets and lines of business Lead the thought leadership on the next generation of models to differentiate customers values Perform regular analysis to identify the trend of the base contribution and forecasts future base contribution - deep dive analyses involving all channel measurements to calculate ROI and package the insights into easily consumable presentations and documents Communicate model results and insights with shareholders on the business side Run ad-hoc regression analysis to support the needs from the Marketing organization Work and establish good working relationships with other Marketing / Marketing analytics teams to leverage existing infra for the team and continuously engage with these teams for idea cross pollination - Collaborate with the strategic managers to ensure alignment with future need of the business Individual Contributor role

Role

Basic Qualifications
  • In depth Knowledge and Hands on experience in Marketing analytics domain covering owned channel, Paid Media and Broadcast/other channels like TV, Podcast etc.
  • Researched and Productionized Market Mix Modeling models in the past using ML techniques and is familiar with time series modeling
  • Strong SQL & R/Python skills to manipulate and extract data. Tech stack could be anything within the data science realm - Experience with ML platforms such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, etc.
  • In-depth hands-on IC experience in building Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) models
  • Experience developing quantitative models in Marketing e.g., online ad targeting, Multi-touch attribution (MTA), Marketing mix models
  • Exposure to handle large data-sets - Experience in Data Engineering Skills, Shell scripting experience , Work experience in Hadoop, Spark, Spark-sql, Scala will be considered as a plus
  • Strong coding skills to automate regular business reports and Good Tableau skills to create dashboards
  • Business Acumen to produce relevant metrics and insights, Strong communication skills and willingness to take initiative to contribute beyond basic responsibilities
  • 10+ Years of work experience in the field of Marketing Analytics - Bachelors/Masters in Engineering, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, or Economics
