Responsibilities: The purpose of this role is to ensure all Alliance Marketing requirements, for Intel as well as Microsoft are being adhered to across all countries. This includes submitting claim requirements to partners to claim back Marketing funds. The candidate is responsible for managing end to end alliance operations for a selected region. The candidates responsibilities include, but are not limited to, Maintaining track of budget & activities, getting the alliance plan approved, adverting design compliance check, collecting proof of execution, invoices and claiming back the alliance funds with alliance partner. The candidate will have to ensure that there is no deviation from the set process in any step while managing the overall Alliance Compliance operations. The candidate will also ensure that records of transactions, alliance reimbursements, and fund transfers are all up to date and accurate on an on- going basis. This requires regular contact with Geo team members from Lenovo team, interaction with Alliance Finance team, Geo Ops manager and Alliance partners. Assume end to end responsibility for all Alliance marketing programs. Support country marketing manager on budget tracking, plan management and alliance plan approval. Support country marketing manager on adverting design approval for partner brand guideline compliance. Collection of proof of execution for marketing activities. Claim back the alliance funds with alliance partner Prepare various weekly/Monthly/Qtrly reports Monthly report to Geo Ops team on budget utilization, alliance claiming and possible financial impacts Various Internal and external tool management. Interact with Alliance partners to resolve any claim related issues and ensure 100% reimbursement received from Alliance partners. Have a complete understanding of partner brand guidelines. Be the subject matter expert when it comes to Compliance guidelines. Update changes, train Geo teams and advertising agencies. Assess the current processes, identify gaps and re-engineer the process to meet business goals Manage the Internal and alliance partner audit on Alliance claims with Intel, Microsoft and other alliance partners. Position Requirements: Education Qualification : Must Have MBA or equivalent in Finance/ Marketing/Operations Work Experience : 6-8 yrs. Exposure to PC industry will be an added advantage Experience in working with cross cultural stake holders Experience in client servicing in advertising industry Key functional/technical competencies: Experience in controlling/tracking budgets. Well versed with MS Excel Knowledge of Marketing activities Very good written and Business communication skills Experience in financial reporting will be an added advantage
