Our client is looking for Talent Management Head for Bangalore location.
Due to current pandemic,candidates can work from any location in india, but once the pandemic is under control, candidates should be ready to relocate to Bangalore.
Job Description
  • Identify and differentiate Talent across levels, Groom the talent and prepare this talent for future Leadership Roles
  • Use cutting edge selection, assessment tools to differentiate talent appropriately
  • Focus on engagement of talent pool and individual development plans for members of talent pool
  • Play key role in conceptualizing and implementing Global leadership Practice across the company
  • Focus on building a global mindset for Leadership and prepare them for potential future roles as Global Leaders for our client
  • Contribute to harmonizing leadership development practices across the company & include succession planning and career development initiatives for top leaders
  • Design, develop & deliver key Leadership Development programs and initiatives for our client in partnership with team members from across the
  • Work closely with Top Management to understand talent needs, promote use of talent pool in key successions
  • Support talent pool members selected for specific role/ key assignments through development

Increase the of the Talent pool of senior leaders and also increasing the quality of leaders as assessed through appreciation centers, 360-degree feedback or any other assessment instruments.
